The BlackBerry starts on Monday its biggest annual gathering of technology – BlackBerry Live 2013 – present promising innovations and conquer developers, businesses and sponsors in a market dominated by Apple and Samsung. Thousands of people are gathering at the Orlando World Center Marriott hotel in Florida, United States, to see how the company intends to highlight the future of mobile telephony.

The devices you see most participants are between iPhones and smartphones running the Android system – reflex that occurs between users high-end phones around the world. Sign that BlackBerry should even (re) gain developers and entrepreneurs before returning to the hands of the public.

The event is the main focus of the company to spread the use of its new platform – BlackBerry 10 – among users who for years have shown a preference for fewer devices ‘dour’ other phone giants. It is also a chance of regaining the Canadian manufacturer that previously led the corporate market.

Over three days (from 14 to 16 May) the BlackBerry will rotate to indicate trends in the world of entertainment applications, expert tips and presenting their latest releases – all divided into dozens of lectures and events held by employees, directors and partners of the company.

On this first day, the eve of the official opening, the movement was quiet in the corridors of the conference.
